Everything was exceptional, as you walk in the Staff greeting you, the decor, food was fantastic, music was brilliant and on top of that the Photo Booth was so much fun with different hats/ glasses to put on with unlimited photos
Have been a few times to their Christmas Parties and will definitely be going back again
Sunday lunches are beautiful and plentiful, can’t praise enough

Recently attended a wedding at The Imperial Hall. I was really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious & plenty of it! The staff were all super friendly & professional.

The venue looked amazing & you could see all the little touches they had done to make it look so nice.

Lee and Kate are the kindest and most approachable people and do what they do incredibly. All of our guests could not speak highly enough about the food and decor and just how fun our day was.

20th July 2023 We had our wedding at the Imperial Hall firstly we would like to say a massive thank you from the bottoms of our heart.
The venue was outstanding, very clean, and everything was perfectly decorated much more than I could have imagined.
From booking our wedding, to meetings all the way up until our wedding day you kept us informed.
The staff they were all so friendly, kind and really did look after you.
The food, well everyone was so wowed, it was so delicious, even the evening buffet was just amazing.

My husband and I had our wedding here on 03.06.23 and it was our perfect day. The lead up to the wedding was made smooth and calm by all of the amazing staff, and we where made sure to feel prepared for the day. Well,what can I say....we had our steampunk wedding on the 27th May and it was made absolutely perfect by the help and dedication from Lee,Kat and their fantastic team. Our wedding was far from traditional but that did not phase this wonderful team, every single detail was perfect and personal to us. The lead up was completely stress-free, as was the day. Everything about the imperial hall is just simply perfect. The food is simply delicious and so tasteful.
The staff are so kind and helpful. They all have a relaxing fun atmosphere as well which was lush to see. (Nothing worse than headless chickens stressing)
The imagery that the wonderful staff set is absolutely impeccable and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better venue let alone lucky enough to win by the wonderful owners giving away a wedding.
The wedding planner made it all seem effortless and just everything fell into place. The location is brilliant and honestly just our special day was made so perfect. We can’t thank the imperial hall enough. You guys are honestly amazing.
Fun times bouncy castles now we can’t forget about you. What fun you brought to the party. From bouncy castles to rodeo you catered for all of our needs from young ones to oldies. (Still young at heart with a bit of alcohol.)

Thoroughly enjoyed having our Christmas Party at the Imperial. The atmosphere there was brilliant. The staff were all extremely polite and friendly at all times. The food was absolutely georgeous and we had the best time having a dance on the lit up dance floor. myself and now wife jess booked this venue for our wedding, being a favourite of ours for Sunday carvery already we were really exited to have our wedding reception here. absolutely top notch service and attention to detail from Lee Kate and the team, nothing was too much trouble, from our added extras with the singing waiter, the canopies and our fussy eater guests, even our dancing dinosaur. Lee made sure everything went smoothly and always prompted us about where we needed to be and when for example, first dance and cake cutting etc. all our guests have commented how much they enjoyed themselves and about how beautifully dressed the room was. we couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. the food and the service was incredible as always thank you all so much, we have amazing memories that we will cherish forever and the imperial Hall is a massive part of that and we will be forever grateful thank you!! xx

What a brilliant place to have any kind of party, all the staff are wonderful and made it all happen for my daughters 16th birthday. Beautiful Hall, beautiful buffet - well worth it - and the DJ played a variety of music. The photo booth was a big hit and captured the best pictures of all that was there. Will definitely be booking it all again for my son's 16th. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a party with no worries!

Just returned from having a roast at the Imperial and to say it was good is an understatement!! One of my sons is not a fan of a roast dinner but this was not an issue as they also offer a full menu with a great choice. My wife is a veggie and again there was a choice for her to have with her roast dinner. If your heading there make sure you wear elastic waist trousers as the portions are huge!!
Genuinely the food, staff and atmosphere in there was spot on.

Had our wedding at The Imperial yesterday including our ceremony. We were the first couple to have our ceremony here but you would have thought the staff here had done 1000 weddings in the past. This venue really is the best in Pembs. Lee and the staff were truly outstanding. Our day was more than we could have ever imagined. The staff could not do anymore. December 5th 2020 Ben and I held our intimate wedding at the Imperial Hall. Lee and his staff were superb, very professional and extremely patient with us whilst we organised a wedding during Covid. The room looked beautiful and the food was scrumptious. We returned the following day for a roast dinner and that was out of this world. Imperial Hall thank you once again and see you in Dec 2021 (hopefully) for a mahoosive party.

You walk through them doors it made you feel as if you were in Disneyland and then once in the hall something magical took over. Absolutely amazing. They couldn’t have wanted better but got more. So I had a home delivery today (the first day they started it) and it was amazing !!! The portions where more than enough and I even have leftovers for later !! It arrived well within the hour allocated slot, it’s was hot on arrival and served with a smile!! If I had to criticise anything I’d of liked my gravy a little bit thicker but that’s just a personal preference!! 5* from me and I will be having a delivery again for sure !! Thanks guys

We had an amazing roast dinner here today. Beef was tender and all the trimmings were homemade and beautifully cooked. I always feel the gravy makes a dinner and the gravy here was super tasty.
